Public Records Access - T.C.A. § 10-7-503
Monroe County courts and agencies operate under the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. § 10-7-503. Tennessee citizens have the right to inspect public records during business hours at no charge. Expungement - T.C.A. § 40-32-101
